The use of modern equipment of well-known foreign firms (from Japan, Switzerland, Finland, Italy and Slovenia), the best practice of our staff and the use of modern technologies allows “Mostovdrev” OJSC to produce quality products.

Due to the unique strength, durability, and easy processing our plywood is used with great success in the building, in mechanical engineering, for interior decoration, furniture manufacturing, and in many other fields. It is easy to transport, it has long service life and at the same time t saves its main characteristics.

The plywood manufactured by “Mostodrev” OJSC is in exact accordance with all international quality standards and the requirements of GOST.

Plywood is facing with wear-resistant phenolic film in multidaylight press.  The film has dark-brown, opaque color and density is 120g/m². The surface structure can be (Sm)-smooth and covered with (N)-net. The film with company logo is applied just from one side. After all works the faced plywood is sorted by species, i.e. according to its appearance, geometrical parameters and then it is stacked in packages.

Due to film the plywood acquires an additional protection against water, mechanical damage, aggressive chemical agents, alkalis and acids. The surface of sheets can be washed with cold and warm water.

Packaging

The plywood is packed in separate packages by brand, size, grade, type of surface and with weight not more than 1 500 kg. Subject to agreement the plywood can be packed in different weight packages. The packages are tied up with packing straps with two transverse and three or six longitudinal straps. During export, depending on the type of transport, packages of plywood packs are agreed on separately.

Storage warranty period is 5 years from the date of its receipt by the consumer.

Plywood ends from all sides are painted with a special weatherproof paint based on acrylic, which just protects the plywood against moisture penetration and swelling.

Usage

FOF plywood brand is designed for the use in the construction, transport engineering, shipbuilding, car building and in other industries. Our faced plywood has a high quality gluing and filming, and it means that multiple use of one and the same plywood sheet will not worsen quality plywood monolithic floor structures. Among other things such plywood is ideal as flooring in the back of a trucks, rail carriages, containers, and buses, as well as reusable flooring on scaffolds and stair coverings. It is quickly mounted and easy to process. Net plywood of FOF brand Gl/S (from one side the reticulated film is applied onto the upper layer and from another side it is covered with a smooth film) has been especially designed to facilitate the implementation of further work and to reduce the number of technological operations. After it was used as a timbering, the surface of concrete after setting has a relief structure, and it can be directly applied the finishing material without further processing. The net plywood (at a pitch of 50 mm) is useful when cutting and installation of armature.

Usage

The use of FOF plywood:

Plywood of FOF-Sm2 is used especially for the construction timbering. Recommended thickness of the plywood for construction timbering is 18 and 21 mm. After setting of concrete the timbering can be easily removed and can be used for the next cycle.

Our faced plywood has a high quality gluing and the quality of film and this means that multiplied use of the same sheets of plywood will not worsen the quality of monolithic coverings. Plywood of FOF Sm/N brand is a structural surface with stamping in the form of a net from one side and from another side it is a smooth surface with enterprise logo.

Plywood FOF-N1 with stamping in the form of a net from one side is plywood is ideal as flooring in the back of a trucks, rail carriages, containers, and buses, as well as reusable flooring on scaffolds and stair coverings. It is quickly mounted and easy to process.
